Terms and Conditions of Use

Preliminary document: legal information must be completed and professionally reviewed before publication. The full tax address is reserved for formal processes and invoicing; the public document shows only a general location.

These terms govern access to and use of the website, accounts, support, store, configurations, downloads and other services offered under the GXnetra brand by [RAZÓN SOCIAL O NOMBRE LEGAL PENDIENTE], RFC [RFC PENDIENTE], con domicilio en Mexico City, México.

1. Acceptance and capacity

By creating an account, requesting a service or making a purchase, the user represents that they have legal capacity and accepts these Terms, the Privacy Notice and the specific conditions shown before payment.

2. Account and verification

Registration information must be accurate. Accounts are personal; users must protect their passwords and report unrecognized access. GXnetra may limit attempts, suspend automated accounts or request additional verification to prevent fraud, abuse or spam.

3. Technical services and scope

Each quote will define deliverables, compatibility, schedule, included support and exclusions. No script should be applied without a backup and review of the model, RouterOS version and existing configuration. The customer remains responsible for authorizations, backups, maintenance windows and legitimate access to equipment.

4. Free script

The free startup configuration for entry-level devices is provided “as is” as a starting point. It may require adaptation and does not replace an audit, backup or professional assistance. Errors must be reported to GXnetra support from a verified account; passwords and private keys must never be sent through WhatsApp or tickets.

5. Prices, payments and invoicing

Final prices are shown before purchase confirmation. Payments will be processed through Mercado Pago or another identified provider; GXnetra will not store full payment-card numbers or security codes. Taxes, invoicing, cancellation and refunds are governed by the quote, the nature of the service, applicable law and the information shown during checkout.

6. Products in our store

GXnetra sells the products shown in its store. Stock, specifications, images, warranties and delivery times may depend on the manufacturer. Availability is not confirmed until an order is accepted. Trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify compatible products.

7. Acceptable use

The site and services may not be used to compromise systems, commit fraud, distribute malware, bypass controls, infringe rights or affect networks without authorization. GXnetra may retain necessary technical evidence and restrict access in accordance with law and the Privacy Notice.

8. Intellectual property

GXnetra developments, documentation, design, paid scripts and materials are protected. A purchase grants a license for the contracted project and scope unless otherwise agreed in writing; it does not authorize resale, publication or distribution.

9. Availability and liability

GXnetra applies reasonable continuity and security measures, but no system is infallible. Liability will be determined under applicable law, the contract and proven damages; nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
